TC 2005 is software for charting. It includes some fundamental analysis. It has a 100 megabyte data base of data going back 20 years and the Dow Jones Industrials back to 1915. They offer a 30-day free trial at their web page link above.
The software appears to be pretty good. It is used by several other companies that sell services to investors. You download the database to your computer and this gives you blinding speed in your scans and sorts. It appears you can do any type of chart you wish, and they already have 250 technical indicators pre-programmed for use. They offer an upgrade that has real time streaming data and other features.
For those of you who wish to participate with other investors and share trading strategies, the software allows you to do this. You can publish your own notes or read your favorite authors' notes.
Have any of you used TeleChart 2005? What did you think of the software? Would you recommend it?

First and foremost, I have not used TeleChart, but it eerily reminds me of such software as WizeTrade (although probably much more reputable).
My own opinion is, if you are going to pay for investment analysis software, I would recommend using the the tools available at Morningstar.com (http://www.morningstar.com/Cover/Tools.html). Morningstar's 'Premium Screener' sounds comparable to what TeleChart offers.
For approx. $13/month, you get a bunch of nice tools in addition a library of great research from Morningstar analysts. In comparison to TeleChart, it is considerably cheaper as well; ideal for investors on a budget.
